Coffee
Small-batch coffee, roasted on-site to order. Single-origin and seasonal varietals.
How we grow it
We roast in small batches on a 1kg air roaster, usually weekly. Beans are bought green from importers we trust and roasted to order — the bags you take home are typically less than a week old.
We rotate origins through the year rather than carrying a fixed lineup. Each varietal gets a dedicated roast profile: lighter for the brighter African and Central American beans, a touch darker for the dense Cuban and Indonesian beans.
Whole bean only. Grind fresh at home for the best result — even a basic grinder makes a noticeable difference.
